Sergeant (ret'd) Michel Côté has spent over twenty years in the fields of policing, investigations, intelligence and military operations. With nearly half of his career dedicated to major crime investigations with the Canadian Forces National Investigation Service (CFNIS), Mr Côté specialized in forensic psychophysiology to eventually become a certified polygraph examiner.
With extensive experience in both criminal and intelligence environments, Mr. Côté attended internationally recognized schools in the field, notably the Canadian Police College, the Quebec National Police School and the Military Police Academy. He has perfected his art in psychophysiological detection of deception through countless hours in interview rooms both in Canada and abroad, such as Afghanistan, the Balkans and Haïti.

Member of the Canadian Association of Police Polygraphists, Sgt Côté regularly attends conferences and seminars throughout the world in an ongoing quest to remain on the leading edge of his profession.
